Whether it’s a small one day job, or a big commercial clearance, we can clear anything you need to get rid of, including all your old broken electrical items and electronic equipment, eg computer monitors, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, television or extension leads, that are disposed of using the Waste Electronic & Electrical Equipment (WEEE) disposal regulations.

Any electrical item you would like to keep and relocate can be removed, safety checked and reinstalled by our qualified electrician. Any items deemed to be unsafe will be notified to the client and repaired where possible, or disposed of accordingly.

The following items can all be removed from the premises, isolated and made safe:-

• Lighting
• Power sockets
• Electric showers
• Electric cookers
• Electric heating systems
• Fire alarm, intruder and exterior security lighting systems

All commercial catering equipment (butchery, bakery, stoves and ranges) can be disconnected, removed and reinstalled by our catering engineers.

Cleaning

Also as part of our clearance service, if required, we can clean the premises, leaving it ready for decorating, refitting or re-letting.
